Honeywell Home Premium Baseboard/Line Volt Thermostat CT410B1017
The Honeywell Home manual electric baseboard thermostat is an easy-to-install device that works on 4-wire (double pole) electric heat applications, including baseboard or line volt systems. It offers simple, worry-free operation with its dial-type mechanical control, and is UL- and CSA-listed for safety.
This non-programmable line voltage manual control (120-240 Volts) is compatible with electric baseboards, convectors, and non-inductive rated fan-forced heaters. The bimetal temperature sensor provides a simple, worry-free operation.
The 4-wire thermostat features a double-line break, which provides a positive OFF for easy installation. The temperature range is from 40°F to 80°F (4°C to 27°C), and it is a heat-only device.
In terms of power, the thermostat can handle 2640W @ 120 Vac, 22A resistive; 5280W @ 240 Vac, 22A resistive; or 5263W @ 277 Vac, 19A resistive. It can be used to control a single electric baseboard heater or multiple electric heaters, provided the combined load does not exceed 5280W. No minimum load is required.
If this control is replacing a control that contains mercury in a sealed tube, it is important not to place the old control in the trash. Instead, it should be disposed of properly. Individuals should contact their local waste management authority for instructions regarding the recycling and proper disposal of the old control.
